The easiest way is to return the item(s) you currently have, and order the one you want on our website.
Once we receive your return we will refund the purchase price to you ASAP.

Is the product damaged or not working? No worries! Then go to the return page, here you can fill in all the details and we will solve it for you!

Received different or incomplete item than ordered? Oops, our mistake... We will fix it immediately!

Send an e-mail to [email protected] and include a photo of the product you received and your order number. We will then send you a return label (paid for by us, of course). As soon as your return has been delivered to PostNL we will send you the correct items as soon as possible.

Are you returning your order without our return label? Unfortunately we cannot refund it.

Not customized products: 1 to 2 business days
Well-tailored products: 4 to 5 weeks

* Ordered before 14:00? Then your order will be packed and shipped the same day.
* Track & Trace? You will receive your track & trace code by e-mail as soon as your package is at PostNL.

Not customized products: 1 to 2 business days

Non-customized products: 2 to 4 business days

We can offer free shipping for 2 pieces or more. It is also possible that we send a payment request for 1 handle, but then we have to charge shipping again. All in all, you are just as expensive.
