How to return?
Not satisfied? Unfortunately that can happen! You can return your order within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please read this carefully before returning ↓
You can use the Yessential return portal where you can return your order at a reduced price. (For business orders, unfortunately this is not available):
Step 1: Go to our returns portal and login with your order number + zip code.
Step 2: Follow all the steps in the portal until you receive a return label from.
Step 3: Pack the return well and affix the label prominently on the package.
Step 4: Once we have received the return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 7 business days.
CAUTION:
You are always responsible for returns yourself, even if there is a problem with the carrier or the product is damaged during return. Therefore, it is recommended that you check all products carefully in advance for any breakage and then pack the products properly so that they will not be damaged upon return.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the web shop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original state and packaging. To make use of this right, please contact us via [email protected] We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
Return exceptions
List the exceptions to the right of withdrawal here. Also clearly indicate with the item itself that it cannot be returned before the consumer orders it. Please note exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
A. With sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
B. that have been created by the trader in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
C. that are clearly personal in nature (products that must be ordered for the customer, for example when they are not (standard) in stock);
D. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
E. that spoil or age quickly;
F. whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market that are beyond the Entrepreneur's control;
G. for individual newspapers and magazines;
H. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
I. Product damage after installation. Customer must report damage before installation for right of withdrawal.
J. All products must be returned in original packaging and condition.
Warranty
You have a 3-month product guarantee. We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens which entitles you to make a claim under the guarantee. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is covered by the guarantee, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
