How to return?
Not satisfied? Unfortunately that can happen! You can return your order within 14 days from date of receipt.
Please read this carefully before returning ↓
You can use the Yessential return portal where you can return your order at a discounted price:
Step 1: Go to our returns portal and login with your order number + zip code.
Step 2: Follow all the steps in the portal until you receive a return label from.
Step 3: Pack the return well and affix the label prominently on the package.
Step 4: Once we have received the return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 7 business days.
You are always responsible for returns yourself, even if there is a problem with the carrier or the product is damaged during return. Therefore, it is recommended that you check all products carefully in advance for any breakage and then pack the products properly so that they will not be damaged upon return.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.
List the exceptions to the right of withdrawal here. Also clearly indicate with the item itself that it cannot be returned before the consumer orders it. Please note exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
A. With sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
B. that have been created by the trader in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
C. that are clearly personal in nature (products that must be ordered for the customer, for example when they are not (standard) in stock);
D. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
E. that spoil or age quickly;
F. whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market that are beyond the Entrepreneur's control;
G. for individual newspapers and magazines;
H. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
I. Product damage after installation. Customer must report damage before installation for right of withdrawal.
J. All products must be returned in original packaging and condition.
You have 18 months product warranty from the date of purchase. We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that makes you claim warranty. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Normal wear and tear: scratches, bumps and other signs of use caused as a result of using the product.
- Damage caused by using the product improperly
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly of the product
- Due to overdue maintenance
- When modifying the product
