All home accessories are delivered from stock. For orders in the Netherlands, ordered before 14:00, will be delivered in 1 or 2 working days. Custom made name plates have a delivery time of +4/6 weeks.

Yes, we do. As soon as we have handed over your package to PostNL, you will receive a track & trace code. Very convenient!

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled. Once the payment has been completed, your package will be packed immediately. You may always return your order once you have received it. See the heading 'returns' for how you can return your order.

We do not have a store, Yessential only sells its products online on the web shop. For custom (house) numbers/corporate lettering, it is possible to schedule an appointment.

Your order will be delivered to you by PostNL via a letterbox parcel or package. With a letterbox package you do not have to stay at home for it.
It is also possible to select the nearest PostNL pick-up and drop-off location in the checkout. This way you can pick up your package there. This does NOT apply to letterbox packages.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. Once the shipment reaches PostNL, there is nothing more we can do.

Too bad the assembly didn't quite work out and they are now damaged. We fully understand that you would like to receive new ones, however, unfortunately we give warranty TOT to the assembly.

Like any other webshop it is possible to pay with iDeal , Klarna and Credit Card. You can also pay with Bancontact, Apple pay, Belfius Direct Net and KBC/CBC Payment button.
Would you rather pay by bank transfer? That is also possible. Please contact us by mail. Indicate in the mail what you want to order and we will take care of it! -
The invoice will be sent to your e-mail address automatically after the order is placed. Are you buying the home accessories for business purposes? Please fill in your company name and VAT number. After payment has been completed, you will automatically receive your invoice by e-mail.

Yes, the payment will be made in the online environment and executed by your own bank. The security of the transaction is guaranteed by your bank. We receive the transaction and can immediately process your order.

Yes, it is! You can fill in your VAT number in the checkout. The VAT will then be transferred automatically. Note: VAT number must be registered in VIES.
- Returns

Not satisfied? Unfortunately that can happen! You can return your order within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please read this carefully before returning ↓
You can use the Yessential return portal where you can return your order at a reduced price. (For business orders, unfortunately this is not available):Step 1: Go to our returns portal and login with your order number + zip code.
Step 2: Follow all the steps in the portal until you receive a return label from.
Step 3: Pack the return well and affix the label prominently on the package.
Step 4: Once we have received the return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 7 business days.CAUTION:
You are always responsible for returns yourself, even if there is a problem with the carrier or the product is damaged during return. Therefore, it is recommended that you check all products carefully in advance for any breakage and then pack the products properly so that they will not be damaged upon return. -
Is the product broken or not working? No worries! Go to our return portal and login with your order number + zip code, take some pictures of it and attach it. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

Received different item than ordered? Oops, our mistake! Click on the link of our return portal and login with your order number + zip code. We will then send you a return label, paid for by us of course. Once your return has been handed in to PostNL, we will send the correct items as soon as possible.
Are you returning your order without our return label? Unfortunately we cannot refund it.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. The costs for returning the product from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

It can almost always be returned. However, there are a number of exceptions to being able to return it:
- It has not been used in accordance with the instructions or due to incorrect use of the product.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that are not damaged by the supplier or clearly used.
- Products that are returned to us incomplete or not in their original packaging are also not covered by our returns policy.
- Custom-made articles. We cannot resell them.

Did you buy a 3 or 4-piece toiletry set, but you still don't want to keep an item and therefore return it? This is possible, but we will charge the individual retail price per product upon return.
Suppose you order a €59.95 3-piece toilet set. You want to keep the toilet brush and toilet roll holder. The hook doesn't. The brush is €34.95 and the toilet roll holder €18.95 together €53.90. In total we will then refund €6,05.
Is the total of the individual product prices higher than the purchased bundle price? Then you have to pay the remainder extra. We can only offer prices if all items in the set are purchased.

It is possible to return business orders. However, unfortunately we cannot refund the purchase price. However, we can send a credit note worth the purchase amount by mail.
